Can you take over or scale a GCC we already run in India?
Yes. For established centers we add new towers, open a second city, or run selected functions in a co-managed model under your governance. We start with a maturity and capacity assessment so new work lands without disrupting what the center already delivers.
How does transfer work in a build-operate-transfer model?
Transfer gates, valuation method and fees are agreed in the contract before setup begins. At the gate, employees, leases, vendor contracts and assets move to your entity, with a stabilization period where our team stays on in support.
Who owns the IP, code and data?
You do, from day one and in every model. Assignment of IP, work product and data is written into the master agreement, and repositories, tenants and cloud accounts sit in your name wherever possible.
How do you handle regulated work such as GxP or patient data?
We design the SDLC, test evidence and access controls with your quality and compliance teams before regulated work moves. Data protection controls map to India’s DPDP Act and Rules as well as GDPR and HIPAA where they apply.
How fast can teams be productive?
Our campus provides interim seats while your own space is planned, and the Eximius platform runs hiring waves in parallel with entity setup. Timelines depend on model, roles and location, so we commit to a dated plan in the readiness workshop.
Which city should our GCC be in?
We run a location study that weighs talent depth for your roles, cost, attrition, infrastructure, incentives and travel links, across established hubs and fast-growing Tier-2 cities. Many enterprises now run more than one site.
How is AI built into the center?
AI is part of the operating model design: which roles use AI assistants, which workflows are automated or agentic, how models are governed and how productivity is measured. Our own products, such as Eximius for hiring, are available from launch.
How is pricing structured?
Commercials follow the model: a setup fee plus cost-plus or fixed operating fees for build-operate-transfer and managed centers, capacity or outcome-based fees for co-managed towers, and pre-agreed transfer terms. Cost models are shared open-book.
